Our Services

Ayurveda encourages a three-tiered approach to wellness:  diet and lifestyle management, therapeutic bodywork and yoga (or other form of exercise).

While the ultimate goal is personal self-sufficiency in all of these areas, we are here to support you as you develop your proficiency in managing your health.  To that end, we offer one-on-one consultations to help you map out a treatment plan, a huge variety of therapeutic bodywork for detoxification and balancing, and information to help you sort out which foods and practices are best suited for your body type.    Additionally, we offer periodic classes and workshops to enrich, enlighten and entertain you while offering you the opportunity to connect with a community of like-minded folk.

Please look over our Service Menu (you can navigate to full descriptions of these services using the menu on the left), and please call or email us at any time if you need some guidance in choosing what's right for you.

We look forward to accompanying you on your journey to Whole Wellness!

There is no “one-size-fits-all” in Ayurveda; hence, this initial consultation forms the foundation of my relationship with you.

During this session, I will give you a brief overview of Ayurvedic principles and terminology, work with you to determine your constitution and any imbalances according to Ayurvedic methodology, and develop a treatment plan based on your individual needs.  Note: Clients who have attended one of our “Intro to Ayurveda” informational sessions may choose a 60 minute consultation for their intake appointment (see below).

Follow-Up Consultation

Once you have completed your Initial Consultation, Follow-Up appointments are 30 or 60 minutes long.

You can schedule a Follow-Up session to track your progress or bring any new concerns to my attention.
