Fadia Hasan
Fadia Hasan has
been involved in an apprenticeship with Valley Ayurveda since 2010. She has
immersed herself in studying and incorporating Ayurvedic philosophy and
lifestyle throughout her life. This apprenticeship has enabled her to put into
practice the invaluable Ayurvedic principles that are so effective in managing
one’s physical, spiritual and emotional health. She received her Bachelor of Arts from
Hampshire College in 2007 and worked at the institution’s Community Health
Collaborative during her time there. She got her Masters in Communication from
University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2010 and is currently pursuing her
Doctorate in Health and Environmental Communication at the same university. A
life-long student of Ayurveda, she is committed to the proliferation of this
ancient Vedic Science in the Valley and beyond.
Fadia offers Abhyanga, Nasya, Shirodhara and Ayurvedic Beauty Treatments at Valley Ayurveda on Tuesdays from 3:00-9:00pm.
